A Flexible Job That Is Meaningful and Fun!

Come join our team as a Direct Support Professional!

We want to be your second job. Yep. Not your first job, go do that somewhere else. We want to be your second job.

What makes a good second job?

  • It’s flexible – and allows you to work when it fits your schedule.
  • It’s meaningful – it’s more than an extra paycheck, it’s doing good work.
  • It’s fun – it’s not the same thing every day, and you get to interact with people.

We have that job, and we want you to fill it. Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) work in group homes and day programs around the metro area with people who have disabilities. We have daytime, evenings, and weekends available. Sometimes we even have sleep overnights available. We help other companies fill in the gaps in their workforce – so they can continue to provide the people they support with quality support.

It’s a fun job, it’s meaningful, and it’s flexible. We’ll pay you $14.00 per hour. We have DSP’s who work full time, others who choose to work part-time*, and some that call us only when they need some extra cash. We provide you with the training you need to do the job.

You will need to have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check. Your job as a DSP is to help someone live their life. That means different things with different people and different settings. But in each case, the people you will be working with deserve your best; this means being caring, energetic, and willing to learn.

If this job doesn’t seem like a fit for you, thanks for reading anyway. Can you think of someone who would be a great DSP? A friend, a family member, a coworker? Who do you know that might be good at this? Copy the link above and send it their way.

*Must be able to work, at minimum, two five-hour shifts per week.
