Fit4Mom Stroller Stride Class | Twin Cities Moms Blog Meet-Up

We’re thrilled to be offering a class with Fit4Mom!  Emily Christie runs the Twin Cities Fit4Mom classes and will be hosting a Stroller Strides class at the bandshell at

Lake Harriet on May 3rd at 9:15am

If you’ve ever thought about trying these classes out, this is a great chance to do so for just $5.  Stroller Strides is way more than a walk in the park! It is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Fit4Mom Stroller Stride Class | Twin Cities Moms Blog Meet-upStroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute, total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. All locations also offer a free Plum Moms Club so moms can form lasting friendships with other moms through organized playdates, moms’ nights out, and activities for the whole family.

Each mom can bring their child in their stroller (no tiny walkers please!), bring two kiddos if you have a double stroller!  We will hold the class, rain or shine, so please bring your stroller’s rain cover if it looks cloudy and we’ll keep to the park shelter as much as possible.

Bruegger’s has generously sponsored your post-workout snacks, so stick around and you and your stroller-rider can have a bagel after the class and get to know a few of the other moms.

Space is limited to 20 moms – register for your ticket on Eventbrite to reserve your spot!

Please arrive at the bandshell a few minutes early so the class can begin promptly – we can’t wait to see you there!

This is a great article! As a mom – of 2 kids, it really help me a lot, about what activities I can do together with my babies. Being mommy doesn’t mean to “always-Stay-home”.
