Event is Now VIRTUAL due to COVID-19
As a trusted community resource, we have made the difficult decision to transition this event to a VIRTUAL PLATFORM in accordance with the CDC guidelines to avoid large gatherings to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We know this is the safest way to move forward with our 2020 event while still ensuring that we are able to provide you with an incredible welcome (or welcome again!) into motherhood.
The event will be on October 24 from 10:00am-11:30am.

Who: All Twin Cities moms (you do not have to be expecting to attend!). This event is geared towards moms who are currently expecting a baby, had a baby within the last year, foster moms of infants, or are planning on growing their family soon through birth or adoption.
What: Bloom is a national event for new and expecting moms hosted by City Mom Collective and our sister sites, which will be taking place in more than 50 cities across the country.
Why: Whether you’re expecting for the first or third time, have a newborn at home or are working your way through the toddler years and thinking of expanding your family in the future, this event is for you. Come enjoy a morning of live educational resources, giveaways and swag, and connecting moms and families with relevant local resources!

What to expect:
All attendees will receive access to a private Facebook Group where the virtual event will take place. The event will be live starting at 10am where you can expect a big welcome from our special MCs, new and exciting opportunities to learn, engage with local experts and ask questions, frequent opportunities to win prizes, connection with other local moms, and so much more!
*A Facebook account will be required to participate in this event, as a private Facebook Group will be the environment where this event takes place.

Cancellation/Refund Policy – ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO RAIN CHECKS. This event has been rescheduled and moved to the virtual environment due to COVID-19, and we will not be able to reschedule again and we will NOT offer refunds. Your access to the private event group will be valid for 10 days following the event so you can revisit all event content. Twin Cities Mom Collective will not be held liable for any comments, etc. shared in this virtual space that are from attendees and/or sponsors. Additionally, everyone that purchases a ticket will be subscribed to our email list (if they have not been already) in order to provide the most timely and up to date event info.
Event Tips:
(1) Twin Cities Mom Collective will publish a new post or giveaway in the Virtual Bloom 2020 Facebook event page often leading up to the event as well as up to 10 days after the event.
(2) Follow the group page to stay up-to-date: Go to the event group and click on “…” next to the “search” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Follow Group.”
(3) Turn on notifications to be in the know for all event happenings: Go to the group and click on “…” next to the “search” button. From the dropdown menu, select “Manage Notifications.” Click on “All Posts.” Click “Save.”
(4) Save posts to refer to later: Go to the post you want to save and click on the “…” at the top right corner of the post. Click “save link.”

GIVEAWAY RULES AND DISCLAIMERS :
You can enter as many giveaways as you wish. However, each individual person can win only one prize. Each giveaway will clearly identify how to enter, but each giveaway may have different requirements. Giveaway winners must be ticket holders.
Can I win LOTS of giveaways? If you are chosen as the winner for a giveaway, you will not be eligible to win additional prizes as they are selected down the line.
Virtual Bloom 2020 attendees can enter giveaways as they appear in the event group starting as early as October 19th. Participants will have through the close or end of the event to enter giveaways, unless otherwise stated. Winners will be announced approximately 30 minutes after the end of the event, unless the giveaway winner was announced LIVE. Each winner will be chosen randomly. Each winner must pick up their giveaway at one of the swag bag pick up times, or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected. Giveaways are open only to adults ages 18+ that are Twin Cities Mom Collective Bloom 2020 ticket holders.

City Mom Collective is not responsible for prize fulfillment. Twin Cities Mom Collective is responsible for prize fulfillment unless otherwise noted in the giveaway verbiage. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Twin Cities Mom Collective will not be shipping any swag or giveaway items. Attendees will have two opportunities to pick up their swag and/or prizes via a contact free drive-thru pickup process at two different locations in the Twin Cities area. Failure to pick up swag and giveaway items will result in forfeiture of these items.
