One of our greatest passions is to support moms, and this year has proven to be one in which mamas need more support than ever. With all of the unknown 2020 has brought us, ensuring that we were able to provide a space for new mamas and those growing their families again to connect was a huge priority for us. Our Bloom event grows year after year, and we were so grateful to have the opportunity to digitally gather Twin Cities moms and moms-to-be at this year’s event in honor of motherhood.
With 12 cameras in 10 locations, Bloom 2020 was a Live Digital Show lasting just under 2 hours and streamed right into a private Facebook group for our attendees! Our emcees made the event such a blast, and our partner interviews and panel discussions made for an incredible morning of learning. Attendees were able to enter giveaways before, during and after the live event, with informational and fun posts dropping into the group for over a month. After the live event, there were two opportunities for swag bag pick-up and the tiniest feel of an in-person event as our mask-wearing team loaded swag bags and giveaways into attendee vehicles. In 2020, we’ll take what we can get! We’re already excited to use this format again for future events!

Bloom 2020: Our Incredible Host
While we couldn’t actually gather at Breck School’s incredible Upper School Commons building, we loved the chance to be on the property for our swag pick up and loved that our attendees could get a quick glance at their beautiful campus while picking up their swag bags.
Breck is a preschool-grade 12, private school where all grades are joined together in one vibrant community on their beautiful campus in Golden Valley, Minnesota.
At Breck, each week, each month, each term, each year brings new opportunities to reimagine, reinvent, and reanimate learning — both for its students and for the school. When perpetually learning, students encounter this perpetually learning school, they see the very process of learning not just as a prerequisite for success, but the lens through which they view the entire world.

We garnered amazing insight from each our partner interviews and our panel discussion. From learning all about water birth, group prenatal care and doulas to pregnancy during a pandemic and the 4th trimester. Our presenting sponsors provided such great information that we hope will help better equip our attendees as they journey into motherhood.
