Wild Rumpus is THRILLED to welcome back Liz Lee Heinecke, the Kitchen Pantry Scientist, to our bookstore!
You may recognize Liz from her appearances on WCCO (CBS), or from her fun Kitchen Science Lab book series—a favorite staple in our store for young curious minds!
This time she’s bringing an all new book with her– She Can STEM: 50 Trailblazing Women in Science from Ancient History to Today! This book includes fun experiments kids can do at home as they learn about the women who were trailblazers in their fields that helped change the world into what we know it to be today! A hands-on way to bring history to life!
We’ll hear from Liz about these innovators and their impact, as well as see a little science right before our eyes as Liz leads us through some experiments of our own! A perfect way to top off Women’s History Month!
