Dive Bar Love at Bull’s Horn | February 14

Ditch the sappy love vibes and head into your favorite local dive bar on Tuesday, February 14. Bulls Horn is the perfect combination of low-brow space meets excellent food. Their Prix Fixe Three Course menu is $17 per person and includes a choice of wings or curds, burger with chips, and their fabulous chocolate pudding for dessert (my kids LOVE that pudding.) Take the fancy up a notch with a bottle of prosecco for an additional $28. Add some pull tabs to really make it a night to remember.

Movie night at Parkway Theater | February 16, 7 PM

If there is any rom-com that both my husband and I love it would be the classic Meg Ryan Billy Crystal match-up in “When Harry Met Sally.” Parkway Theater, a classic old theater in South Minneapolis, is doing a viewing of this great film on Thursday, February 16 for only $9 a person, $12 at the door. Come early for live music by Leslie Vincent & Ted Godbout and grab a drink before or after at the cozy cocktail lounge Sidecar (and yes, their Sidecar is AMAZING.)
