Summer Camp Sign-Up Season is Almost Here!

It’s always so confusing to be thinking about summer camp season while temperatures are in the teens (if we’re lucky!), but sign-up season is upon us and if you’re like us, it takes a swift kick in the booty to remind us to do this while we’re hiding under our cozy blankets.

Our next summer camp guide is coming out this month, so keep an eye out for that! The Twin Cities offers so many opportunities for kids to stay active and try new and fun experiences all summer long. While you wait for our updated guide, you can find our 2019 guide below to get you started, as well as a few of our posts that will leave you dreaming of summer sunshine!

Summer Ready: Car Edition

It’s summertime!  Your kids are out of school and if your mom life is anything like mine it’s extremely busy.  I have two elementary school aged kiddos and a recent preschool graduate.  Entertaining at home is a thing of the past.  We are on the go almost every day; whether it is for speech, a […]

It’s Your Summer Too

Remember what summers were like pre-children? Yeah, I know, it’s a little foggy for me too. What I do remember is that they seemed to last forever. We weren’t bound by the end and start of school. The first warm day of May signified the start of shorts and flip flop season. It would last […]

Camping With Young Kids? Yes, You Can Do It!

My family and I recently returned from a 10-day road trip that included two cabins, three campgrounds, hundreds of miles, and countless memories. Of those 10 days, four nights were spent in a tent in three different locations. Yes, that is correct. A tent with a four-year old and a 22-month old. And let me […]
