(New Brighton, MN): The Ice Castles – a winter wonderland will be returning to New Brighton this winter – in January of 2023! Tickets will go on sale November 28 and this year we have an *exclusive* Ice Castles promo code for our readers.

Ice Castles is an award-winning frozen attraction located in four cities across North America. The experience is built using hundreds of thousands of icicles hand-placed by professional ice artists. The castles include breathtaking LED-lit sculptures, frozen thrones, ice-carved tunnels, slides, fountains and much more.

New this season at Ice Castles in Minnesota:

  • Ice bar serving a selection of adult beverages.
  • All guests can participate in the Castle Quest – An immersive, escape-room style scavenger hunt within the attraction.
  • Enhanced lighting features in the light walk and throughout the experience.
  • Whimsical winter characters will be at Ice Castles each day for meet & greets with guests.

Location and Parking

Long Lake Regional Park, 1500 Old Highway 8, New Brighton, MN

Free parking is available throughout Long Lake Regional Park. Parking directly adjacent to Ice Castles is limited. Guests will be directed to the nearest available parking by Ice Castles event staff. During peak hours a complimentary shuttle will run from all available Ice Castles parking lots in Long Lake Regional Park.

Additional shuttles from The Exchange, at 500 5th Ave NW, run every 30 minutes on Friday from 5-11 pm, Saturday from 3-11 pm, and Sunday from 12-9:30 pm.

You can also find the ice castles in Wisconsin, Utah, New York, and New Hampshire.
