How a Mom Treats Herself Target

How a Mom Treats Herself at Target | Twin Cities Moms Blog

Let’s be real, here.  We’ve all had those days when we’d just love to wander Target…alone…in the quiet. We are so lucky to be in the land of Target, with SuperTargets about every 5.5 miles, and since many of us tend to get groceries there too, we spend a lot of time steering a red cart.  But, what about steering a red cart without any tiny friends in it?  That’s the dream, right?!  After a long day, it doesn’t take too much to feel like you got to be along mindlessly wandering the aisles gathering things to treat yourself for once, right?!

You gotta love the beauty aisles…. grab some lotion and an Essie polish or two (what’s your favorite color right now?!).  And to be able to consider home decor, without worrying that one of your tiny humans will knock something breakable off the shelf as you pass by.

Aaand…at the end of the day, we all just want a treat, right? Have you tried these Magnum ice cream bars? Simply amazing – they feel a bit fancy, so the kids just might leave them alone, and they’re the perfect size so you don’t even have to feel bad about it.

This is a great list of treats. I just got a gift card for Target and was looking for ideas and you have gotten my wheels moving. Thanks for the tips!
