Paws On Grand | Red Balloon Bookshop
September 10 @ 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM

It’s all paws on deck at Red Balloon as we celebrate Paws on Grand with #1 New York Times bestselling author, W. Bruce Cameron, and his new book, Zeus: Water Rescue! Red Balloon is also excited to partner with The Rescue Crew, who will be on Red Balloon’s patio from 11 am – 3 pm with pups up for adoption!
PAWS on Grand partners with dozens of pet rescue organizations so you can adopt a range of pets. See more details on locations and other happenings on the Grand Avenue Business Association website.
About the Book:
When a young boy named Kimo is tasked with training Zeus as a water rescue dog, they quickly become best friends. But Zeus’s excitement makes training hard, and worse yet, becoming a working dog means being separated from Kimo. Can Zeus and his boy figure out how to stay together forever?
Join the author of A Dog’s Purpose, W. Bruce Cameron, as he signs books and shares all about the start of his new middle grade series, Dogs with a Purpose! Afterward, play with (and maybe adopt!) sweet pups from the on Red Balloon’s patio.
To attend: This event begins at 1 pm and is open to the public, but registering helps us when considering spatial constraints. You can register for a ticket through September 10, 10 am, and preorder the book below. Additional copies of Zeus: Water Rescue will be available for purchase during the event.
Signing Guidelines: Following the event, W. Bruce Cameron will sign and personalize copies of his books. If you would prefer not to stay for the signing portion, Red Balloon is happy to have your books signed and personalized for you and will contact you when they’re ready to be picked up.
