Are you looking for fun activities to do with your kids this fall? Look no further than the Cub Scouts Fall Day Camp, free for all new Cub Scouts! Fall Day Camp takes place every weekend in October and is open to all Cub Scouts and their family members.
These half-day autumn events facilitated by camp and program directors allow kids, siblings, and parents to spend the day doing a wide array of exciting activities together, like hiking, bouldering, and crafts. Get all the details below!
Fall Day Camp Activities
During the Cub Scouts Fall Day Camp program, your family can enjoy various activities and adventures, from mental exercises to physical challenges. These activities include (but are not limited to) the following:

As you can see, your child will have a wide variety of fun activities to participate in during Fall Day Camp (and you’ll be having a ball right along with them)! No matter what your Scout enjoys, this weekend program is sure to keep them happy and energized as they embark on a new school year.
Cub Scouts splits Fall Day Camp sessions into two periods一morning and afternoon.
Check-In – 8:30AM
Program – 8:45AM to 12PM
Check-In – 1:00PM
Program – 1:15PM to 4:30PM

Who Can Participate in Fall Day Camp?
All Cub Scouts and their family members and friends are eligible to sign up for Fall Day Camp! (if you’re not a Cub Scout, sign up here!)
How Much Does It Cost to Attend?
Every year, costs may vary. The 2021 Fall Day Camp fees per session are:
Youth (4 and younger): Free
Youth (5 and older): $11
It’s important to note that new Cub Scouts who have registered this fall get to attend Fall Day Camp free of charge! Your Cubmaster will receive a passcode to get your New Scout registered. This passcode is only applicable to Cub Scouts enrolled this fall. Additional Scouts or siblings will cost $11 each.
What Should I Bring to Fall Day Camp?
You should bring a water bottle, closed-toe shoes, warm layers, and rain gear. Nearly all of the Fall Day Camp activities take place outdoors, so dress accordingly and bring extra clothes if needed.
You’ll also need Part A and B of the BSA Medical Form and the Shooting Sports Permission Slip so that your children can participate in things like BB gun shooting.
If you forget anything at home, you can always visit the Camp Store to pick up any items you may need throughout the day or even a Cub Scouts souvenir!
Will Food Be Provided There?
No, the program does not provide food or snacks during Fall Day Camp (aside from group s’mores around the campfire). If you or your child will need snacks during the day, please bring them with you.
