Dana’s background and passion is customer service. She graduated from the University of Saint Thomas, majoring in journalism. Dana developed insight into retail sales as an educator at lululemon. She left lululemon to help open Nordstrom Ridgedale as a denim specialist and furthered her expertise in customer experience. Recently Dana and her husband opened and unfortunately closed their business, MinnyRow Market, that focused on local food and vendors in the Twin Cities. After taking some time to rest and recover from the closing process, she was approached to help tell stories of local happenings in the Twin Cities at TCMC. She is excited to get back to telling stories and motivating people to get out of their comfort zone.
