Encourage Your Little Athlete to Greatness {and GIVEAWAY!}

Soccer Season.

The time of the year where our son seems to be more on the field than off of it.

He loves it. We all love it. It is so awesome to watch the team play their heart outs , us cheering them on from the sidelines.

It is amazing to watch our kids excel in sports that they love. It is such a great feeling to see them try their best, and reach beyond themselves to achieve self set  goals .

Which is the reason why week after week I make sure he shows up to his practices and games on time. I faithfully wash, and scrub stubborn grass stains out of his uniform.  I make sure that he eats well before and after each game. And I keep him hydrated.

A thirsty goalie is not an effective goalie. The heat and Minnesota sun can do a number on an active soccer player if they don’t drink enough during a game. Which is why I make sure to pack him a cooler full of ASPIRE drinks.
